By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

 

2. Description of Services

 

We provide photo restoration services, including but not limited to:

  • Repairing damaged photographs
  • Retouching, colour correction, and enhancement
  • Restoration of old or faded images
  • Digital delivery of restored files
  • Printing and physical delivery of restored photographs

 

Printed photos are produced using high-quality printing processes and materials.

Digital photos are delivered via email, download link, or client portal.

 

3. Eligibility

 

To purchase services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate contact and payment information
  • Have the legal right to upload any image you submit

 

4. Copyright & Image Ownership

 

4.1 User-Provided Images

 

By uploading images, you confirm that:

  • You own the copyright or have permission from the copyright holder
  • The images do not infringe on any third-party rights or laws

You retain full ownership of your original images.

 

4.2 Licence Granted to Us

 

You grant us a limited, temporary licence to:

  • Download, store, edit, restore, print, and deliver your photos
  • Use the files solely for fulfilling your order

 

We will never share or display your photos for marketing unless you provide explicit written consent.

 

5. Pricing & Payments

 

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
  • Prices may change at any time, but confirmed orders are not affected.
  • Full payment is required before work begins.
  • Payment is processed securely through third-party processors; we do not store payment details.

 

6. Uploading Photos & Content Restrictions

 

You agree not to upload photos that contain:

  • Unlawful or copyrighted material without permission
  • Explicit or abusive content
  • Images of individuals without proper consent (where required by law

 

We reserve the right to refuse work on any image at our discretion.

 

7. Restoration Process & Limitations

 

We will make every reasonable effort to restore your image to a high standard. However:

  • The quality of the final result depends on the original photo
  • Severely damaged photos may not be fully restorable
  • Some imperfections may remain despite restoration
  • Artistic interpretation may vary

 

We do not guarantee a specific aesthetic outcome.

 

8. Digital Delivery

 

Digtal restored photos are delivered through:

  • EmalSecure download link
  • Client portal (if applicable)

 

Files are typically delivered in JPEG/PNG unless otherwise agreed.

We are not responsible for:

  • Your device compatibility
  • Issues with your email provider
  • Download problems unrelated to our systems

 

9. Printed Photo Delivery

 

9.1 Printing Options

 

You may select size, finish, and paper type where available.

 

9.2 Production Time

 

Printed photos require additional production time. Estimated dispatch times are provided at checkout but may vary based on:

  • Order volume
  • Photo complexity
  • Print specifications

 

9.3 Shipping

 

We ship using trusted carriers within the UK (and internationally if offered).

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Damages caused after dispatch
  • Lost packages due to incorrect addresses

 

10. Revisions

 

Most services include 2 rounds of revisions.

Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days after digital delivery or receipt of printed photos.

Additional revision rounds may incur extra costs.

 

11. Cancellations & Refunds

 

11.1 Cancellations

 

You may cancel your order before work begins.

Once editing or printing has started, cancellations may not be possible.

 

11.2 Refunds

 

Due to the nature of digital and custom print services:

  • Completed work is generally non-refundable
  • Refunds may be considered only if:
    • No meaningful work has started
    • There is a confirmed production error on our part
    • A print arrives damaged (see Section 12)

Refunds are issued at our discretion and processed to your original payment method.

 

12. Damaged or Incorrect Print Deliveries

 

If your printed photo arrives:

  • Damaged in transit
  • Incorrect (wrong size, finish, or order)

 

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos showing the damage or error

 

We may offer:

  • A free reprint
  • A partial refund
  • A full refund (in rare cases)

 

13. Data Storage & File Deletion

 

Uploaded and restored images may be stored for up to 30 days after completion for quality assurance and re-download purposes.

You may request earlier deletion at any time.

We do not guarantee long-term storage unless agreed as part of a separate service.

 

14. Privacy & Data Protection

 

We comply with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Our Privacy Policy explains:

  • How we collect and store your data
  • How long we retain files
  • Your rights over your information

15. Website Use

 

You agree not to:
